Today Christelle and I learnt how to cook Thai food at "The Best Thai Cookery School" and have eaten enough food to last us the week. It was a days cooking course where we were first taken to a market and taught all about picking the right food (e.g. that small chicken eggs are better than large in supermarkets as the larger are older hens and don't taste as good).
