Outside the door of the other NGO - which is conveniently situated right in the Yamuna Bazaar area, unlike SAHARA - the workers are handing out oral substitution therapy (OST) to the addicts, a pharmaceutical drug which gives them the same high as the heroin they used to inject. This drug comes in white pill form, but the workers have to crush it up and watch the addicts eat them, otherwise they will just take the white pills home to crush, dissolve, and inject instead.
