After getting lost, falling over and almost fainting in London, I made it to terminal 3 to check in...only to find my shower gel had exploded all over the clothes in one section of my bag. I think it's fair to say London was a disaster! haha although I did find a yo sushi! in the airport and got some as a takeaway :)
But the plane to Dubai was sooo nice! It was a huge emirates flight, and in front of every chair there was little screens which played movies, music and games, so I didn't need to have packed my hand luggage so full of stuff to do! I watched Hanna, and then listened to some Adele and made the mistake of reading my letter from Becca while listening to her music and ended up crying yet again.
The food that we got was pretty good too, we got a shrimp and corn salad as a starter and then I got some asian lamb curry thing that was so spicy! and then sticky toffe pudding and some crackers and cheese, so I was pretty stuffed.
The next plane to South Africa was at 6:30 in the morning so I was SO tired, but couldn't sleep as the flight attendants kept waking me for food because I was in an edge seat :/

But we finally got to south africa and it was lovely and warm (: and after a long-ish journey to the hostel, I am finally away from planes and can sleep in a bed finally!
Have to be up by 7:30 for breakfast tomorrow so not looking forward to that but will be sightseeing in joberg so should be fun, and then the next day we are off to apartheid museum so I will need to prepare myself for that as my host said it is quite tough to see.
The on monday I will be leaving for Cape Town to start my project :)

I miss everyone so much already!
