Hey all,

sorry for the lack of updates, been busy working, falling off bikes and sitting out in the sun. hard life i know.

So last week i did a DH race and managed to get 3rd in the senior wms category, which was awesome really enjoyed it. I also managed to crash near the end and damage my ribs, so have been in pain for just over a week. Not been able to work, swim or cycle so have been going round the bend. But on the mend now and should be back at work tomorrow.

The weathjer has been pretty hot just recently, but raining today. Quite nice though.

I've brought myself a car, a toyota corolla. I've called it the The Stud, ha ha. it's a pretty oldish car and has the heavist steering ever, but i like that. Plus i have to use a stick to hold the boot up. love it.

Haven't been upto too much lately due to my rib injury, but hoping to get back out on the bike soon.
