Hey everyone!!! We have left the rotten egg smell of Rotorua and are now in the beautiful place of Taupo!!! We visited the "Wai-O-Tapo thermal wonderland" before we left Rotorua, and saw the Lady knox geyser which explodes every morning at exactly 10.15, due to the fact that they put soap in it!!! We then hopped on our comfy Newmans coach and headed the few hours to Taupo. We walked for miles when we got there looking for accomodation and finally headed to a holiday camp where they had cheap rooms!!! So we had a lovely room for the first night. We then decided that we liked it better in the tent so we moved out and spent the second night camping. Was cool. The town of Taupo is really pretty and the lake is just stunning. We went and had a nice lunch and some beer and wine in a little cafe looking over the lake. Was very pleasant!!! After that we decided to shoot all the way to Wellington. Next postcard on its way...
