G'day!!! We made it safely as you can see to the land of the kangaroos and what a place Sydney is!!! Am I travelling with David Bailey i hear you ask as you look at all the fantastic photos we have uploaded? Nope, thats Kieran and i think that he deserves 10/10. You lot keep saying how good the photos are. and i think these are the best yet!!! And the sky is really that blue. Really really!! Unlike the rain we keep hearing about in England!!! HAHAHA!!! We went and ooohed and ahhhhed at the Sydney Opera house and the Bridge for a long while, trying to jump out of the way of all of the joggers that pound the pavements around the harbour. And then we found out that the Opera house do this fabulous deal where the tickets are cheap on a monday for anyone under 26! How could we refuse!!! So we went to the ballet darling, which was absolutely brilliant. The dancing was superb and the music even better. And in the interval, you can sup champagne looking out over Sydney Harbour which shimmers in the night. Beens as we were so tired from getting here, we caught the train back to the hostel. Even the train is fantastic!!! Sydney has a monorail (monorail monorail monorail!) which is just a feat of engineering in itself! it has double decker carriages!! The photos will show you! London could do a lot to learn from Sydney. The carriages are spotless and the stations huge!!! We got lost trying to get from one line to another!!! We like Sydney, Beunos Aires was the place to be before, but i think that Sydney has outdone it, as the most wanted-to-go-back-to place!! We are going to have lots of fun, climbing the harbour bridge, going on a harbour cruise, shopping and visiting the many restaurants and bars that the city has to offer. Oh, and the beach ofcourse!!! Jealous?! You better be!!!! Wish you were here, Kanga and Roo xxxxx
