So we just got back from Margaret river which was nice. Me, Em and our new house mates headed up Saturday morning and after a 3 and a half hour drive we got to our camp site and pitched up our tents and went of to see the sights and had something to eat, when we got back we sat around our camp fire toasting marshmallows then it started raining so we went to sleep.

Around 3am I woke up with wet feet and found water all round our inflatable mattress and it looked like we were floating. So we managed to sleep till the morning getting more wet, In the morning we packed up and went and explored the lake cave and managed to book into a hostel, which was quite possibly the best hostel we have stayed in the even had swipe cards and nice facilities. That night there was a really bad storm that knocked out the power so luckily we weren't staying in our leaking tents. In the morning it was our last day so we went and did some cheese tasting, chocolate tasting and beer tasting which was a good end to the weekend.

So that was our long weekend. =)

Only 3 weeks till we start our road trip but i wont bore you all with the details yet, we will try and update our blog just before we go as we dont no when we will have internet once we leave.
