Hey,
Writing from Boulder, CO today... going to keep this short, as we are leaving for our next destination soon... (The Great Sand Dunes in Colorado)
Todd, Adam, and I's first stop was Napoleon Ohio, where we stayed with my friend Alanna and her new husband Kurt. That evening we arrived we had a great jam with them... Alanna stole the …
Hey,
Thanks for checking out my blog. I am currently spending some time in the Bay Area with the people at the Shipyard. There is still much to do and much to learn here. The day I wrote this note, I lifted a 15,000 lbs Duck mobile used in the Korean War with an oversized forklift. Then I quietly left it on a side street and drove away. Needless to say I must remain here. I am not coming back for the time being. But, in between the doings of things I will write my experience …

I am back in Massachusetts after a 6-hour red eye flight I almost missed. It is never good when the lady at the bag check counter tells you to run as fast as you can…. Anyway, been gone for…
Burning Man 14
I woke up that Friday morning with much sloshing through my mind, including what felt like the steady thump of a bass drum filled with margaritas.
For starters, the festiva…
So, if you are still reading… thanks.I realize that I am still writing about Burning man and lots of stuff has happened since.I am doing this because of a stupid new years resolution I made …

Wow you were up close! That is so cool. I love outside concerts in Santa Barbara, great atmosphere and they always seem to have great artists. Next time you are in town you should check out if the Santa Barbara Bowl is having any concerts. They put on great shows with huge music artists. I hear Radiohead is coming soon which is phenomenal! I can't wait to go this summer, hopefully see Incubus and a variety of other artists. Sometimes they put on super concerts where a bunch of artists play all day long. When I attend events like this I always stay at the Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). Close to the bowl and downtown and so cheap to stay at as well!

The WIldcat is so much fun. I've been there a few times when I was in Santa Barbara with some friends. There are a ton of bars, I was surprised how good their bar scene actually was. All the lights make it look like so much fun too (which it is!). I have to go back soon and hit up all the fun clubs, especially EOS! The next time you are in town you should check out the Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). The place to be if you want to save some cash and spend it in the bars downtown.

This is a great picture of you! And the backdrop is even better-Santa Barbara always makes for a good backdrop to a photo. Are you at the top of the courthouse?? One of my favorite spots in town, you really get a good view of the city. All that red tile! Hope you had a good vacation there, by the looks of your pictures it seems like you did! How can you not have a good time in this city?! I can't wait to go back and have a great time this upcoming summer. Hopefully you can visit again! I just have to say a great place to stay is the South Coast Inn (www.goleta-hotel.com). I recently stayed there and it was beyond my expectations!

I love the tile work in Santa Barbara. The way it all matches and coordinates is what makes the city so special. I travel there all the time to escape the madness of LA and just embrace the peace and quiet. I cannot wait for my next trip, I'll be staying at the South Coast Inn (www.santa-barbara-hotel.com). So lovely and the best place to call home while on vacation.

Such a great photo of the courthouse roof tiles. I just love all of the architecture and coordination amongst the buildings in this lovely town. One too many times have I caught myself lost in walking around and just enjoying the scenery here! I was just in town actually and we had a blast at the beach surfing and hiking! We stayed at the South Coast Inn (www.santa-barbara-hotel.com). So elegant and affordable!

Hi Hassan,
I don't know if you remember me, but you introduced me to my electric guitar here in Boston. I wanted to stop in to tell you how much I am really enjoying your travels and look forward to your latest. Best wishes to you Hassan.
