Day 37 - "ommmmmmmmmeeeeeee"
Really not much to report today, had an incredibly chilled day of breakfast, beach and scrabble!
At 5.30 we had a proper yoga lesson, the 'guru' had arrived who taught traditional yoga from India, he was a very enthusiastic little man, and extremely bendy! We had a session of a hour and a half over looking the beach and ocean, he taught us lots of moves then had relaxation time at the end, where he talked through all the parts of the body making us relax, it was dark by this point and I dropped off to sleep! It was brilliant so peaceful!
We went for dinner with the other 4 Warwick girls as well so there was quite a group, we went to the only big hotel resort on the beach called Chaaya blu and we paid to have the buffet dinner, it was so nice! Salad, grilled fish, Sri Lankan curries, fruit and pudding! We certainly made the most of it and struggled to move afterwards!
