Harlequin Spirals – German Wheel Team
Harlequin Spirals is the only German Wheel Team in Australia and is a member of Venia Gymsports.
The team recently travelled to Austria for the World Gymnaestrada, where they performed as part of a larger Australian Team. They have also been part of the Federation of International Gymnastics Gala, celebrating the 125 years of gymnastics.
This team has just won the 2007 National General Gymnastics Special Recognition Award for services to Gymnastics.
This team is unique in that they always perform with two or more athletes on the wheel – this is a social group made up of ex gymnasts of various levels and ages. The team is available for hire for Corporate Functions or events.
