We arrived in Hoi An after being on a sleeper bus for 12 hours from Nha Trang, and once again were hassled by people when we stopped. We found a bargain for our hotel though 12 dollars between us and it had a pool.
Staying in the same hotel as us were two girls me and Sak did law with which was really weird!! That morning we went to a tailors as thats what Hoi An is famous for. Sak and I bioth got measured for a three piece cashmere suits made for under 100 pounds and i got a chinese silk top made too.
Later we went shopping in the old town for presents to send home and spent a fair amount but it was definately an experience in the market- everything was happy hour!.
Later we went to see the famouse japanese bridge and the river lit up by lanterns.
The next day we went to the My SUn ruins, which wasn't really what we were expecting as it was a temple and we thought we were going to the place of the massacre during the Vietnam war which apparently is called SUn Mai not My Sun, later in the afternoon we went to try on our suits from the day before to get them altered and pay!!
We left the next day for Hue.
