The most amazing moment on my trip in France must've been the moment my eyes captured the sight of the Eiffel tower at night. I literally lost a heartbeat. It was the moment I truly understood that I was in Paris - the most romantic city in the world, and although it was 23h, the city was alive and the love that was flooding from it's heart - the Eiffel tower, blew my mind. The salesman were flying lighted planes in the square, while lovers were kissing deeply in each others' arms and painters were capturing a moment that may've looked ordinary, but certainly wasn't. I was spending a week in Chatôu, near Paris and my host father took us for a drive in the center of Paris. The traffic was mental but that was just a minor minus, the things I was concentrated on were hundreds of lights that were shining to my eyes. After the drive we stopped to eat at the best ice cream bar in Paris. I didn't understand everything, so I asked my friend Pierre to order me an ice cream. Hazelnut & white chocolate. Without question, the best one, I've ever tasted. Then we walked past the Notre Dame while I was bursting into smiles the whole way to our car. The vibe of the big - yet cozy city had carried me far, far away.
