Many thnks for your postc ard from Nepal. Lovely view of Patan & the surrounding mountains. Great to hear the people of Nepal are so friendly & hospitable, & that you enjoyed your time in Japan. Hope your trip into the mountains is going or went well.
Dolly rang us a couple of weeks ago to see if we'd heard from you. She may have been concerned that you were in China & near the earthquake area. I said I thought you were in Nepal at that stage.
Cecile, I do hope you have recovered from your stomach bug & that you are well now. Hope you are keeping well Hamilton, & that you are both enjoying your trip.
We are having a family birthday dinner for John on the weekend. Tracey & Michael were jet lagged last weekend so John's dinner delayed a week. Tracey & Michael enjoyed their week in Hong Kong & China.
I rang Diane & Ian Jackson last week to see how Iris was going. Diane said she & Ian attended Terry O'Mara's funeral on the Central Coast & that father George did a good job conducting the funeral service ( I feel so sorry for Judy & the girls). Iris is going along fairly well at present & is in remission. Kevin has finished his treatment for a few weeks, but is very tired, & not so well.
Beautiful autumn weather here, but we need rain so badly.

Made it to Nepal - awesome!!! Go hard to base camp, enjoy the challenge, dont forget to take some high calorie snacks for along the way - mars bars was the only thing availble when i was there.

We enjoyed reading about your Japanese adventures & hope the snow is continuing to fall & you get some more snowboarding in. The pictures were great. Hope your face has healed Cecile. It was so good to meet up with friends again, & catch up. I hope the next leg to China goes well & you can meet up with Cecile's Dad. Tracey's work trip to China has been postponed. John is recovering from a dislocated shoulder sustained playing touch footy a couple of weeks ago. We had a family get together in the park on Good Friday which was good, and then Tracey, Michael & kids went to Sydney for Easter & went to Homebush to watch the Olympic swimming trials. While John, Glenn & Jackie & kids stayed home for Easter. I do hope you are both having a great time & enjoying yourselves. Love & best wishes Allan, Palma & Co.
