hello! can you believe we've been up since 4.30am to watch the liverpool v chelsea game! we have to set the alarm for man u v ac milan at 4.30am to watch them tommorow! i bet easy jet are fully booked for the final, which will be scouse and mancs.... and we're in the air, flying across asia when its on! gutted, we have even thought about delaying our trip 1 day just to see it or even try and get back a day early, don't think we can though.
any way at least the derby is on at at decent time (9.30pm aussie time)

we should be going to kurunda (rain forest) tommorow but depends how tired we are after 2 early mornings, we did go to yorkeys k*** the other day and it was lovely, had the beach pretty much to ourselves but we could not go in the water because of the crocs, sharks and jelly fish, hence the reason nobody else was there!
well gonna finish making dinner, roast chicken with pumpkin (i'm addicted to roast pumpkin) plus i need a glass of chef's wine!

It's official, Kate and I are sad!! We sold our Audi flying machine picked up our people carrier yesterday!! I suppose it wouldn't have been fair to put the baby in the boot would it? The one we bought is nice though and has blacked out windows and alloys so I suppose it isn't that bad.
Great result at the football yesterday, it's nice to see you are managing to watch the games too. Big week this week and it's the derby on Sat.
Felt my age on Fri. The boys had 'Bring a Boss' night on the Thu evening in their mess. I ended up drinking wedges of Stella and a couple of Brandy and cokes. Minging Chinese on the way home and in bed for about midnight, only for my darling children to come and wake me at 6am!!! Then I had to go round the New Forest on an 8 mile tab in the fecking heat carrying 40lbs, all with a hangover that would kill a civvy!! Now that is living the fecking dream not swaning round the world, on the piss all day!! Then to top it all, I got home and had a bath, then went shopping with Kate in Southampton.
Well who would have thought hat your bezzies would come from Salford!! Have you given them your UK mobile?
Well, all is well here and kids are doing fine. They have loads of friends here and are out all day. It's really nice to see them. I caught all of them the other day pretending they were doing a talent show and Olivia was a dancer and Gillan was a dog. I had to pretend I wasn't watching. Olivia is definitely like Patsy Ann, always got to be right and always in charge!!
Well the process for commissioning has begun and is going well so far. I have got through 2 interviews with my CO and with Commander SPS (both Lt Cols). I have my interview with the Brigade Commander on Tue, which is the last one before it goes to the filter board. Keep your fingers crossed mate.
Well, I have booked the priory for the both of you for when you get home, they have calculated you will probably need about 8 months in there. Take care and hope to see you soon.

we should be going to a place called yorkeys knob, i swear thats it's name! but that lazy git nev is still in bed its 10am! so i'm gonna sit by the pool instead, he has been up for the man-u game and the liverpool v chelsea games ( had to set the alarm for 4.30am) but can't seem to get out of bed to go sight seeing, must be his age or a bloke thing. more like just can't be arsed!
we went out last week to a bar (fri) and met a couple from salford, in a drunken moment we invited them to ours the night before they leave for brisbane (tue night) never thought anything of it until they turned up at the pool on tue afternoon, don't know how they found us as we did't give our full address and we had the phone switched off all day, they could get a job with mi5! anyway, we had dinner and drinks at ours and they stayed over, turned out to be a good night, it just seemed a bit stalker like the way they hunted us down.
we are here for 3 more weeks then we are off to sues for 2 days, can't wait, she is having farwell drinks for us with friends and family bless her, and it's cup final the same night (may 19th) so should be a great weekend! really looking forward to it as she has been a fab host each time we've been to visit, her mates, auntie chris and the kids are all lovely (jack her youngest is just like james, never stops!)
