IT's officially SUMMER! Every year The Riedl Family (Erland's Aunt and Uncle) have a rockin' hippie love summer so(u)lstice party! Amy's birthday is June 21st, the offical Summer solstice day and Santa Barbara goes all out! A parade with with gypsy dancers, music and more... a festival with a beer garden, lots of fun booths, face painting, food and confetti! Santa Barbara's streets are always drenched with sparkling sun and color everywhere! Amy's birthday party follows the fun as the midafternoon sun seeps through their big oak tree onto the the band and all the hippie dancin' folk! It is a reaL good time! Thanks Riedls!
