Hello all!! apologies for not updating my blog for a while been way to busy travelling on the kiwi exp bus and taking in all that nz has to offer! we have been to a number of places since auckland - mercury bay, whitianga and now taupo. along the way i have tubed (sat in a big rubber ring) through a cave 60 metres underground jumping off 6ft waterfalls and seeing glowworms, zorbed down a hill (big see through ball filled with water) and threw myself out of a plane at 12,000 feet which were all absolutely amazing. there is no better feeling than free falling through the air at 120 mph over the biggest lake in australasia (you could fit singapore in lake taupo!) i also got a dvd of it so when i get the chance and if its possible i'll put it on here if not i'll have to bore you all with it when i get home! off to river valley next 4 a nyt then wellington 4 probably about a week. met a really good group of people in fact three of them (2 girls from canada and a scottish guy) we have ended up sharing a twin room with at every hostel to save money (only 9$ a night!) rotating who gets the bed each night! will try and put some more pictures up on here so its just so slow!! there are some on facebook though if you're desperate to see our faces :-)
