well im sending this message dripping with sweat and fully flued up, i went to my mums tues night and not got off the sofa til now. going to go home in a bit but not sure im fit for work yet, as not eaten a great load which ias you all well know is not like me.... im lovely your email greggo... you paint a real good picture of what you are all doing...im just imagining Steeny stopping to take his inhaler on the trek you did...shouldnt joke about that sorry steeny... well i hope your all being carefull out there. to be honest i miss you like hell but not as bad as i thought it was going to be.... big love peace out...xxxxxxx

aup me ode duck!! had a wikked weekend didnt do any polevaulting this week soz must of been because you wasnt there, or the malteser trick didnt come out! had a few cheeky vodka shots with bev though!
