That was an interesting few days...KL for one last time, then on to Georgetown to get lost repeatedly for 2 days while seeing countless mosques and temples...and to Krabi following a 9 and a half hour minivan trip taking in storms, monsoons, floods, traffic accidents, being abandoned in hat Yai before finally landing and treating ourselves to some very, very cheap medicinal alcohol! Now for a longtail boat to railey...

That's another couple of brilliant weeks we've just had... So, last weekend we were in Langkawi home of the best sunset I've ever seen and some of my new favourite beach bars. I also managed to get Jennifer into a kayak and manged to get that kayak about a mile from land...and back without drowning or getting eaten by sharks! The next weeke consisted of drinks at the pool bar then off to KL for a cheeky Guinness or 2...only to stumble across a 30,000 strong fes...

So that's us 5 weeks in to our wee adventure! Since the last blog, we've done some more partying in KL, had a night in The Ritz, seen tigers up close, been to Singapore and of course had a sling (see photo) followed by the longest train journey in living memory and in 29 hours we'll be en-route to Langkawi for some scuba and cocktails on the beach!

So that's the 1st week out the way and after 17 hour flights, a week at work, a long weekend partying and sighseeing in KL...we were broken, fixed and now raring to go again...the weekend has landed... and the Milky Bars are on me!
