Lovely to see all the new photos. You all look very happy but why does Laura Dean pull such funny faces so often? Unfortunately, Faye seems to be catching the habit from her!

The weather here is still ridiculously awful, so stop moaning that you had a few cold days in Australia. We haven't seen the sun since May!

As Laura Dean had so many birthday wishes spread over so many days, I think I need to start Nicholas' birthday from now. Happy 22nd birthday for the 14th Nicholas, It seems wierd that you're on the other side of the world rather than with your mummy!

Happy birthday to you too Dino, it seems wierd that you're only 50 miles down the road and we rarely get to meet!

The journey is nearing its end for some of you, so carry on having a terrific time and enjoy every moment.

Hello little angel!!

My son's grandmother and her sister in law were here yesterday and caught up on the blog and photos. Well impressed they were with all the latest info. They send big hugs to you and Matt. Your Gran also brought an item with her which you will be able to access from the 10th July. I hope this is ok. If not e-mail me.

So glad to see that my son was so impressed with you and Matt!!! He really has enjoyed you guys being there and is hoping that you will stay longer! Is there anything I should know.....

Wuuuurd... arrived in Noosa and met the others. Just had some food and getting ready for another early-ish night. Leaving for 5 hour bus tomorrow, but then all 7 of us have 3 days in some other East coast place.... aah, 3 days in a row, what a luxury!

Great to see the new pics - you all look as tho's you are having a great time - the change in weather must be quite a shock for you.

Not alot to report this end - apart from a house fire in our little cul de sac - LUCKILY Pete's friend Ray who is a fireman happened to be staying with us that week (talk about busman's holiday!! - it was all hands on deck - very scary!!!

Look after yourselves - you are all very precious.

Hi Mum,

Since Sharon is speaking to you via this site I thought I would do the same. I wanted to tell you she is fine and it has been so great to have her and Matt stay with us. Unfortunately (for me) Sharon has been doing all of the cooking, cleaning and caring for Holly. This means that Jane now wants to kick me out and have me find someplace else to live. I am gutted. In addition to this, I have noticed just how wonderful, talented, and caring Sharon is ALL THE TIME. I feel so unworthy....of everything.

It pains me to admit it, but she is also SO much prettier than me too. There I've said it.

Matt is soo lucky.

Alright all! We have made it to Byron Bay!! Hurrah. Journey up was fine and we arrived at the expected time and they even rolled out a carpet of sunshine for us too.

Head! - Great to see you on here....WELL DONE for prob year! Thats excellent, you heading home then? Whats happening with the flat n all that then? Hope you are not too knackered after it (or from the effects of Lindy being stressed)......You ma n pa will be over the moon to have you back I expect....When are you actually going? Dave - Good to hear from you! Hope life is going well and that you are able to turn back from green to flesh coloured without too much of a problem. Done much skiing in the rubbish weather then? I know you are jealous and I can see why you didn't want to come back....cannot imagine you returning to the stag after all this!!! Lots to see and do it is great. By the way, I DID need as many shoes as some b****** stole my decent shoes at the airport. So there.
