Arrived Hoi-An about 0730 was wet and overcast was a long 12 hour coach journey not very comfy never mind all part of the experience Jacob moaned pretty much most of the way due to lack of space on coach :(
Checked in to sunflower hotel as was recommended by Brad who we had met in Cambodia was nice hotel with little pool and included breakfast for £5 walked around town once checked in very quaint little beach town with a big chinese influence beautiful buildings with clay tiled roofs like something out of a samurai movie lots of temples too. Explored town for a bit and then hired as they call them bike cycles had some fun on these especially as we had to ride on the opposite side of the road to home. Was good though as just rode out to middle of nowhere and had a juice and chilled near beach.decided to stay here for 1 night only so we can have more time in Hanoi & Halong bay as hopefully doing a 2 night cruise around Halong bay to witness the awesome sites it has to offer. Me & Jacob loving travelling big time. Jacob is even trying to plan other trip back to Asia next year.
