I couldn't help but compare KL to Bangkok. It seems more organised - the traffic isn't as bad, the footpath is clear of street vendors, and the transport is good.
But the street food was nothing special. We went to Jalan Alor, though I heard Petaling St is better. Every night market I've ever been to in Thailand puts Jalan Alor to shame.
It was a bit disappointing to miss out on a visit to the observation deck at Petronas Towers. Sold out. I didn't pre-book because I have done so with Legoland, and they seem to be wanting to charge me for the tickets again once we get there.
