Day 40 Wed 3rd April City tour of Auckland in the morning, including Mt Eden Volcano crater, views of Sky tower the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere when it was built at around 1,000ft. Day 39 Tuesday 2nd May - Flight only took just over 12 hours rather than the 14 I was expecting, so that was a pleasant surprise. Sat next to a really nice Aussie called Kym and chatted for most of the flight, so arrived at 4pm needing a decent nights sleep and some non plane food.
