Hello again, I've had two great days here in Washington (or DC as everyone calls it). The hostel is fairly close to the action along the Mall so I've been walking everywhere. Headed over to the Capitol building yesterday morning and sneaked onto a tour of the building. (It poured on the way so I was dripping by the time I got there - they weren't too impressed with my soggy trail...) It's a really amazing building, full of statues of the president and paintings ...

Hello all, A quick update from me here in Washington D.C. - just arrived on the megabus - it was great! No plastic chairs like I imagined and fairly speedy! Last night I went out into Times Square to find some grub. Afterwards I whipped out my Saints shirt, threw it on and asked the nearest person to take a photo of me. It was highly embarrasing aS people were watching me and the guy decided to take loads of shots at all sorts of angles - aah I only want one! B...
