Hello hello hello!!! We have been busy busy busy since my last blog!! While in Auckland we went up the Sky Tower, the tallest building in the southern hemisphere, where we went up to about 220m. Some people were being stupid and doing a Sky Jump and jumping off the tower which was fun to watch! We also took a ferry over to Devonport where we had a very nice lunch and walk around. Bula!! (Hello in Fijian!) I feel that there was so much stuff I missed out of my last Fiji entry, but now I have finally made it to a computer I have forgotten it all again! One main thing is Kava- the local traditional drink made from water and a root plant- and looks like brown, murky dirty water. You have to down it in one from a coconut cup, andit is supposed to calm you and they reckon it is good for the body as well. It tastes and smells awful, and I don't...

Hello one and all! First let me apologise for I fear my photos did not work when I tried to upload them. THe battery went on my camera as I was doing it, and now only weird thumbnails appear! Very annoying! Fiji has been great! We have visted around 7 islands in all, all with great beaches and lovely water! some of the accomodation was a bit dodgy- one bure (room/hut) hanging off the side of a small cliff into the sea, another which very much resembled a prison...

Well hello all! We have finally made it to Fiji- it was a bit touch and go for a while thanks to the not-so-helpful americans.
