We started our day with host Mary taking us to the money exchange. 100 Euro got me 900 Krona. We then caught the underground train into the city. Found tourist bureau and asked many questions. Had lunch. Mine cost 85 krona. We then found our way to the Royal Palace. Saw the Treasury where the Crown Jewels are kept. The oldest was from the 1600s. Walked through the Royal apartments, Great Dining Room which seats 170 and takes 3 days to set up, the Reception Hall and saw the Changing of the Guard. Stockholm seems to be islands connected by bridges. The roads are cobblestone. Not easy to walk on. Had tea and went back to our apartment. This was 9pm and the sun was just starting to set. Feet are sore.
