Day 2: cool and wet. Not much of an exploring day so we hung around the campsite most of the day. Did do a little paddle up the channel to the northwest of our site. Saw what we thought was a fishing boat in the distance but it turned out to be 2 tundra swans! Baked pizza for supper on the Outback Oven. Marlis and Ewan caught a big jack but it wriggled away and snapped the line as they were lifting it. Our old campstove that we got as a wedding present almost 18 years sprung a leak in the fuel hose. Probably the last trip for that one as they don't make parts for it any more.
