Ok so today has not been too good, we are with Kim in Melbourne at the moment frantically and may i underline that!!! trying to get some way up to Sydney and more importantly finding a place to stay for less than 1 million pounds a night!!!!!

We thought we had it cracked last night when we reserved a campervan - we were gonna roll on up the coast, visiting all the beaches ... we were even planning what cd's to buy for our road trip when ....... fate, as it so often enjoys, bit us on the ass!!! the campervan had been given away and they had run out, so we toddled off to the travel agent to try again ... no luck, then after an hour of searching we found one!!! it was way more expensive than we wanted but, it was a bed and wheels, just what we needed. We had a quote emailed to us, decided to go for it and told the travel agent to go on and book it........ it had gone!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the space of 10 mins their LAST van had gone, from the one company that owns all of the other camper ones!!! all of them GONE!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH - we cant even rent a car as they are all gone too!!!!!!

luckily now we have found some room in the backpackers in Sydney that Kim had reserved in, but its pricey and we dont get to do the Great Ocean Road drive now, as we will have to get a coach. So we have somewhere to reside for Xmas together, albeit far from perfect!! We all now hate Sydney!!! it has given enough headaches to last a lifetime!!1 we were even planning to sleep in a park, get pissed and live the life of a tramp for a few days (i was up for it, but i dont think sar was too keen on the idea!!!)

apart from that Melbourne is wicked!! its a really nice city, with beaches close by, trams and just generally has a really good feel to it!! much better than sydney!!! in fact i really could see myself living somewhere like this!!

As i said - not all bad, yesterday was the highlight of Sarah's (and prob Kim's) life!!!!! THE NEIGHBOURS TOUR!!!!!!!!!! Oh yes!!! we did the tour, we saw the studios (well kind of drove around the building), saw the bus stop they use, grease monkeys, lous garage and a whole host of other spots from famous past scenes, and even Erinsborough High (actually a school to teach foreign kids english!!) Then we saw the mighty (actually tiny) Ramsay Street!!! all the famous houses!! all 6 of them anyway!! its actually called ''Pin Oak Close'' and consists of 6 houses!!!

Then we went on for a ''meet and greet'' with Janelle Timmons, for photos and autographs!! But the best was yet to come - neighbours night at a local Bar, where we got to meet Toadie, Harold and Lynne!!! Was a good night had by all, in a place full of screaming Brits going mad for the stars!!! Sarah was in heaven and had a bloody good night!!!
