Today we headed into Edinburgh to do the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Claire meet us at the Castle and her niece Fiona works there and was able to get us in free which was great. The castle is lovely only small surprisingly but a lot of history the views are amazing and we saw the Crown Jewels. Our second day in Scotland and Bill was kind enough to drop us both into Dunfermline. We headed off down the high street toward the abbey and the gardens (the glen) which were lovely and very well maintained. The abbey is very historic and the resting place of Robert the Bruce.
