These pics are absolutely amazing. What a fabulous experience for you! It is snowy and blustery here and it is so odd to watch you basking in the sunshine. We drove over the hills tonight in driving snow and the temperature is only 1 above. Hard to believe we are more than half way through March. We went up to Edinburgh to deliver the Easter Bunny gifts and Liam has gone back to Dunbar as he and Jill are having an evening in with friends. Incredibly tired tonight so I'm off to bed sharpish. Hope you have a great weekend and we'll speak very soon. Great news about the TV proposal - we are very proud.
Lots of love

Not to run it in for those in working at other educational establishments, but my Easter Hols start tomorrow afternoon until the 14th of April - Happy Days!! Have a geography assignment and the parent's garden to complete, so that'll keep me busy!

Liked the emus! Watch yourself with that pinnacle...could be nasty.
Dell boy and I have had a whole weekend to ourselves as Pam and Ruaraidh are down in York. I'd forgotten what it is like to have a peaceful house at the weekend.!
Don't know if you remember John Norris at the wedding? His daughter Lindsay is coming out to Perth at the end of the month for a year...maybe you will meet...who knows! Her mum is reet worried about her so I am going to show her your blog so that it may put her mind at rest.
As the big boy says only two weeks to the hols...thank god!
We are going off in our new caravan to Loch Morlich. Of course Ruaraidh is coming too! He thinks he is sleeping in our bed with us...no chance!!
Take care Gilly and look forward to the next installment.
PS Dell boy says that pinnacle could do some damage and to lower your sights a bit!...Dirty boy!

Hi Gilly
I've just shown Grandma Pam your blog. She is well impressed with the pictures! We've all been out to Peebles for lunch today and come home to sit round the fire...it's miserable here!
Now what about these Aussie lads...any good? they all seem to be married according to your news article! What about a handsome blonde surfer wuth a six pack? I'm sure you'll find one soon!
Nice to see you blonde again too!
Dell boy did a cracker last week end. Got cramp, jumped out of bed and turned and looked at me...slid down the curtains andf ell back and banged his head! Remembers nothing about it except waking up on the floor. He asked me if he had fallen out of bed!!! Well he hadn't even been drinking so heaven knows!
Ruaraidh keeps asking to see his big cousin on "Mama's pooter" so we are always looking at it. He sends a big kiss and hug.
Just you enjoy yourself while you can honey and we'll see you soon.
Auntie Soos and the clan. xx

I appear to be getting a bad press on the wine front !! More likely to sample the "amber nectar" next summer! Roll on July !!!
Mama
Hi darling
Your dad is lying down in a dark room at the thought of all that wine and no way of getting at it!!!!! We are both swamped with work at the moment so the idea of drinking lots of wine is very appealing. It's only 101 days till we come out - not that I am counting. Five below in Duns yesterday morning so seeing you in all that sunshine is bizarre. Speak soon.
