Jab! Jab! Jab! Well I'm up to date on the vaccine front. Got my needles for Hep A, Typhoid and the dreaded Yellow Fever today. As well as a plethora of pills to cover me for a few months and keep those mozzies from giving me Malaria. Oh joy. It's only 75 days until I'm speaking the espanol with the locals sipping tequila and sangria and munching on quesadillas! ..but who's counting!

Well it's locked in! Flights are booked and I am only 78 days away from the trip I've always wanted to go on. Central America for two months, on my own, half a world away from 'home'. I've started frantically learning Spanish (one of those forever pushed aside new years resolutions) and its going well.
