Thought it's about time for an update so here goes! Had a good flight on Friday and managed to find the hostel ok. Hostel is nice and is situated just west of Central Park so it's handy to get around from. Been doing a lot of partying and lots of late nights. On Saturday did a bit of sight seeing and had a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge - weather was atrocious though with monsoon like wind and rain so the helicopter trip was postponed til Sunday. A complete rever...

Well the travel plans are coming along nicely so far - passport sorted. Jabs almost done. Packing started. Not long now! Off to NYC on 13 April and I'm excited and apprehensive in equal measure. Hey ho - in at the deep end!
