I have just had a rest for seven days from the computer thing, and came back to over five hundred emails.... mainly advertising, but also some more details of our internal activities in Than Daung Gyi. Are we going to have fun and learn a lot?
To those just added to the list, a bit of a welcome to the diary of 2016. Ghostwalker?..... I have been using for years as a log on name in various sites because of my love of the Phantom comic character. On the address list for this year's trip are school administration staff, producers of our pilgrimage book, pilgrims for 2017 and their families and families for 2016. It is hoped in the scheme of things that we will be able to submit entries every night from three pilgrims. However a blackout period from January 4th to 12th will mean there will be a sudden rush of entries come 12th/13th. While the site will enable blogs we ask you not to. Please just enjoy the one way traffic of communication?
 The pilgrims will be immersed in the culture of Myanmar completely. We will experience a couple of very special events that "the average tourist" will not, while all the time trying to communicate with a non-English speaking population.
