This little chap came up from Meryls class just before I arrived and so is the youngest in the group. That red circle on his neck is from one of the medications the orphanage gives. When kids have colds or sore throats they put some blobs of cream on different parts around their neck then attach this suckker thing that has a blue plactic ball on. This is left there, in these random different places-so like 5 around their neck for about 20 mins. Must be to do with drawing their blood closer to the surface.
