Trevor you know that in the army they have a saying "Every up hill there is a down hill to follow, but thats shortly followed by another up hill" and your in scotland mate lots of those hills. but keep going it will get better as you come south.

Sarah 1st day down! We're all thinking of you everyday you're out there! Keep it up! We took nicks car for a little trip to Bristol! Kim is looking after it while they are away... A small surprise for them when they get back!
