London Monday 25/9/17 - Tuesday 26/9/17 - Wednesday 27/8/17.

Hi everyone, here is our travel blog for August and September 2017 where we're going to Banchory, near Aberdeen for about ten days and then to visit relatives in East Anglia, then a walk with Rowan and Jane along the Cotswold Way (about 160km) and finally a narrow boat trip with Rowan and Jane and brief visit to London.

I was worried you'd stopped blogging - good to have an update. Sounds mostly fun except for the group tension. Dumb question but is it viable for you and Mum to start the boat while the others sleep in? Clearly I have no idea how such things work. x K

It does sound quite fun!
Maybe we go on one last family holiday sometime. And for old times sake - you guys pay. Thoughts?
Weather back here has been pretty sweet of late and tomorrow is my last day of work for the term (though I do have a conference on Thursday). Probs wont be on my email/computer much as we're off to Yallingup next week. Glad to see you're all surviving the trip so far.xx

re: Oxford Canal Narrow Boat Day 1.Geoff Emery Thanks Kate, have taken a few interior shots and yr right it is very narrow and very long. At 70 ft we only just fit in the locks! Dad
re: Oxford Canal Narrow Boat Day 1.Kate Emery Make sure you take some photos of the interior - sounds cute if... small.
re: Oxford Canal Narrow Boat Day 1.Kate Emery I can only imagine how well you kept your cool in the face of adversity, Pa. x K
