I've always wanted to see Dia de los muertos in its original setting! Teatro Campesino is doing their show again and I thought of you two. How nice that the weather there is summer-like too.

The pictures are beautiful. National Geographic needs to take a look! The stories are great. However, I'm worried about the bus driver story. I hope all drivers aren't like that.
Love you guys and love the fact that you are tasting the local fare.

Hi and hugs to you two bold and stalwart globe trotters (almost). I have been enjoying all your photos and commentary. Yes, such a Grand Adventure!! You are at the perfect time of your life to go forth into this trek. As a "mom", I must nag you about staying safe and eating your vegetables and fruit no matter how exotic they appear. While the two of your are melting into grease spots, I must tell you that the NW is cool and raining. So you see, it could be worse! Keep on truckin", as my generation used to say. Love, Penny

So, hi again! I was just looking again at this and somehow the first time I missed the picture of the beautiful farm! Holy cow, it's from a postcard. What a gorgeous home and amazing place to grow up--although I know living on the farm is also a lot of work. Glad see you guys are well and relaxing....sorta...mostly :)
