We had a great time in South Africa - well worth a visit, seems years ago now - lucky you to still be travelling. Laura keeps me updated from time to time, she did really well on the 10K inspite of being very unwell & is now in training for the Race for Life in Winchester - trying to nag me into it too but I am supporting it by sponsering her! so gem and me have had a wicked couple of days here in the lovely noosa. we have spent time on the beach and the national park, we have also tested our nerves by doing a 14,000ft sky dive! (65 second free fall) it was the best thing i have ever done . . . now i understand why the birds fly!! am doing another one in n.z if its not too expensive?! i think a bungee may be on the cards too . . . we will see! yesterday we visited australia zoo, home to the great croc hunter steve irwin. shame that he wasn't there but it was really good anyway - very hot! off to rainbow beach tomorrow and then on to fraser island for some 4x4 driving. hope you guys are all well, take care - kate x

this is my second attempt at a message as i did what gemma must do while emailing and got rid of it! anyway! yeah i went snow boarding which was wicked! nice to tell u something exciting about me! my mate broke her wrist on the first day which sucked...i managed to escape with no more than a bruised bum tho!

Finally caught up with ur messages and pics...didn't like that spider! rest looked cool though! i went to dream world what du think? Hear ur in noosa now, i loved it there too! i wana be there now!
