Me and Em's did race for life sunday, was good but not really one for us hard core runners...well emma at least! too many people to get stuck behind! good atmosphere though and a good cause.
No different news with me, still waiting on all these test results, even waiting for my Gym instuctor results is getting boring now!
Anyway i best get going, the sun is out so need to get 5mins of it before it disappears for the next 3weeks!!

Gem I can't get used to seeing you with a tan! Its not St Tropez is it?? Its official am off to uni in October and leaving Spirit at the end of August! Aghhhh! What on earth am I doing?! Hi Gemsie - At long last I managed to log onto your site. Looks like you're having a great time. When are you off to NZ? Life at Spirit keeps us all busy, the staff are becoming fitness fanatics, Emsie & Laura are doing the Race for Life in a couple of weeks, Stu's doing a charity cycle ride around the Isle of Wight and I did the London Marathon last weekend.
Other staff news - It was Vix's birthday yesterday, Gareth's got a girlfriend, Mandy has completed her Dermalogica body training, Sophie has settled in very well, Sean is addicted to Sambuca and we've got a new part timer called Dan starting next week. Owen has booked a trip to Oz and NZ for later in the year, so you'll have to let him know where to go.
Well that just about updates you, I better get back to work, stock checks and month end reports to do!!!! Keep having a fantastic time!! Luv Jon E
