Hey guys!! Sorry it`s taken me so long to write, I`ve been in the Amazon Jungle and we didn`t even have electricity so there was no hope for e-mail. The trip is absolutely fantastic! My group are great and I already have a crazy room/tent buddy called Caroline who gives me a run for my money in the loud front. Needless to say we have become known as the `loud ones`and find it strange that no one wants to park their tents next to us...whats all that about?! So far I have trecked through the Jungle, floated down the Amazon in both a canoe and tubing, attended festivals of the sun, salsa danced in bars; today I`m canyoning down a waterfall and tomorrow going on a 4 hour horse ride in the mountains! How good is that!! Still a lot more to come but I don`t get much sleep either as there`s always someone to talk to or drink with!! All good though. I'm trying to download these pics again but it`s taking a while, if there not on it`s because the computer has failed. Not to worry though, we`ll be going to some cities soon and there Í`ll def be able to get them on. Currently I`m in a place called Baños. You wouldn`t believe it unless you saw it but there are mountains totally surrounding the town, it is absolutely stunning. We`ve started camping in tents, which is always good for a laugh. I have a waterfall cascading down the mountain rock face as my view from my tent so although i`m way too cold for words, I can`t complain. I should be able to e-mail soonish but you can never tell where you`re going to be so don`t worry if I don`t. I`m off to salsa classes tonight and then out strutting my stuff in a Salsa club so I`m assuming I won`t be able to catch up on sleep today, oh well. Better go now as I`m missing the footie although its on the radio at the min.
