diane Dear Fran and Geoff, Update on the repair work. Bedroom window rather worse than it seemed. Several frames need replacing, plus completely rotten mouldings at the bottom. Not much choice but to do the repairs. Roy is trying to keep it to a miniumum. Sorry to intrude on your idyll. Hope you get this. Diane
