Up early to get all washing and drying done before we left the park. Refuelled for first time since leaving Flaxton. Decided to have fridge door and freezer seals replaced before we left town. Morning spent at the Rum Distillery as today's photo shows. The big rum bottle is vertical, it is Gayle who has the lean, as a result of the free samples!!! Weather very mild (23-24) with cool evenings around 13-14. Back on the road in the morning with only a vague idea of where we will end up.

Mixed day today. Moved from one spot in the park to another, so late before we got organized. Set out on our bikes for the botanic gardens and Hinkler aviation museum. Unfortunately no provision for securing our bikes and poor service at the museum resulted in us leaving without seeing a thing (except red). Not enough time to visit distillery so will do that tomorrow.

Lazy start with late hot breakfast and a chat with neighbours before departing 1030. Not far to Bundaberg where we cruised around and out to the coast. 0600 start for a walk on the beach. Heaps of cyclists about being a Sat. morning, at times enough to form up into a peloton!! Departed HVB 0900. Travelled via Torbanlea, Burrum Heads, Howard and Childers to tonight's stop at Wallum Reserve. Half way between Childers and Bundaberg.
