Hi Emm! Looks like your'e still having a terrific time! Adam's doing his work experience with us over here - I think he's worn out and it's only Wednesday! Mind you it's really hot here and he's not used to working out in the sun like we are! Hope he gets to friday without expiring! Your Mum would kill me!
Any chance you could bring me back an american cup measure (What they use for cooking)? I can't get one over here to use with american recipes - perhaps you could get a light plastic one that wouldn't take up too much space or weigh too much.
Looking forward to seeing you with all your news!
Much love C xxxxx

Sounds and looks like your'e having one helluva time out there across the pond ( and of course its all frightfully educational!!!) Over here the water companies have slapped on hose pipe bans and drought orders, so of course ever since it hasn't stopped raining. I've just looked out of the window and it is ***ing down! We're thinking of catching the next plane out 'cos we can't work at the moment without wet suits and snorkels!
Anyway girls, really enjoyed the pics!
Carry on having fun - er - learning lots!
love from us both :-)

HELLO GIRLIES.!! sO PLEASED YOU ARE ALL HAVING A GOOD TIME.
We're following your progress with great amusement and as everybody will be reading this I am being rather careful !
So lets have lots more pictures please especially from Vancouver etc.
You're scheduled to have good weather I hear so ENJOY >
We're very tanned here , freak heatwave hit Sutton (only Sutton ) so

Let us know how you're doing and skip the CAKE. You'll progress to FISH in that neck of the woods (red snapper they call it ).
Uncle Chris is in the Uk now so we'll se him and no doubt get a run down on what really happened in Montreal. !
Take care we miss you loads (and you Clare) and write soon

It was great having you both stay with us. Glad you were able to meet more of your cousins, Clare and there is still more in Victoria - we are a never ending family!!! Enjoy your stay in Vancouver, Whistler and Victoria and send photos. Even though there could be snow still on the mountains in Whistler, it is going to be hot and sunny all week. Your visit was too short and I hope you both venture back this way one day to stay and enjoy our province for a little longer. You will always be welcome at our home.
Enjoy your adventure and take good care of each other. Hope you find cowboys and country music along the way.
Love from your Canuck cousins......the Lattimer/Wrights

It's such a shame Montreal ran out of food and you were forced to move on down the road! We'll stockpile extra provisions for your next visit. For all the friends and family following your trip they may be interested to know what you've been consuming here. Well, almost everything! We started off with CAKE, then grilled sandwiches, CAKE, fruit platters, CAKE, pancakes, CAKE, sausages, CAKE, maple syrup, CAKE, waffles, CAKE, Quebec lamb, CAKE, pasta, CAKE, Quebec fish, CAKE, Montreal style smoked meat, CAKE, pizza, CAKE, Quebec chicken, CAKE, Montreal style bagels, CAKE, fiddleheads, CAKE, berries & ice cream with cookies, CAKE, Quebec cheeses, CAKE, Quebec pates, CAKE, oooohhhh those glorious cakes!!! Now of course we do have beverages in Quebec as well - lots of tea, lots of juice, water, etc. As for the "stronger" drinks we let Nicole introduce that to them during their couple of nights out on the town with her university friends. They had a big night out Wed. night but I've come to the conclusion that they don't like the drinks as much as the cake!!! Thursday morning the plan was to catch the 9:00a.m. bus to Toronto but when I opened their bedroom door at 7a.m. there were strange moaning sounds coming from two crunched up horizontal bodies. I did finally see eyeballs but they were moving around strangely inside the sockets with no apparent focal abilities! The decision was fairly quickly made to catch the 11:00 bus instead. I was most concerned as they didn't even seem very interested in breakfast, maple syrup or no maple syrup! Well.....they did surface and they did get the 11:00 although I must say there wasn't much conversation in the car on the way to the bus station! I think they were still a bit tired!!! So my dears, after an extremely long bus ride you should be in Toronto by now and into the second phase of your journey. Mark looks forward to taking you to the ballgame on Saturday and remember to eat a hotdog during the game - it's what we do! We loved having you with us and look forward to following your amazing journey. You know where we are if you need us. Lots of love and best wishes to you both from all of us here in "la belle province".
Tom...again
p.s i like my mums first post, she has always been a lady of few words.
