Hey guys, oh my hasnt it been a long time since ive been on here.
I am going to have to keep this short and there is only 1 reason for that: its been so long i cant remember everything ive been up to. So instead of going into detail il just try to say where ive been and give a big shout out to the people ive been with in Australia.
So the last time i had just been to the Whitsundays, and was on my way to Fraser Island. Well Fraser was class also, the people were sound, the place is beautiful and on top of that i was the most drunk ive been in Australia, managing to fall asleep under a tent and losing my glasses (which were later recovered by a helpful couple pairs of eyes). Also before Fraser i did Scoteroo in 1770. The journey continued down the coast, bumping into the same people the whole way. So a big shout out to the Whitsundays crew and the lads from Gilligans Part 1. I went to places such as Surfers Paradise, Byron Bay Sydney, and probably many more on the way down to Melbourne.
Now Melbourne for me was the only liveable place in Australia. The city really does have a special spark and compared to the rest of the country is a shining beacon. I really did enjoy my time in St Kilda, with initially Walker and Fresher and then later with the St Paddys day crew and the Base crew. So cheers to those guys, had many good times, 1 major highlight being the Grand Prix which was unbelievable and an amazing day out.
Well lastly i moved back up north and ended up doing a few weeks farm work staying in a little town called Tolga. Lets just say theres not much to do here and without the people i was with there would have been a massive struggle to stay as long as i did. And now im back in Cairns waiting to leave Australia for NZ. Just tried to get my stolen ipod back but it hasnt arrived yet so is being sent home.
Overall, i would have to say Australia isnt for me. I had so many good times here, and the things you can do and the travelling are fun but i cant say im fond of the country as a whole. So its time to move onto NZ and hopefully the good times will continue to roll in.
I shall hopefully be telling you my stories some more in the future but until then stay safe people.
