hey guys,

well we have reached New Orleans!! since i last wrote on the blog, we travelled from atlanta to tuscaloosa (the randomest place on earth!!!) lol, we literally just visited a supermarket and ate a takeaway pizza watching a movie marathon on tv! There was nothing to do! Anyway, we were out of there the day after and we are now in New Orleans (one of my favourites!-despite my initial doubts!!) we headed out early no jumpers or coats yeaaah! and visited the french quarter, bourbon street, garden district (full of mansions!) and headed off on a ferry across to see the whole Skyline! tomorrow we are heading on a city tour and to see where hurricane katrina stuck, and the aquarium in the afternoon! The street cars are great, have met such a variety of people and different cultures! the sunburn worsens every day but im loving every minute of this trip, giving me such independance (although mum, i realise i hate washing!!)...im so lucky for this opportunity and making every minute count!
