It is the first of July and I have been introduced to the Iroquois peoples. Edmund and I have begun our practices in spreading the Holy Word of God. The Iroquois people listen well and are very attentive. I have a lot of patience and can wait for even the youngest children to settle down or the eldest member to arrive. Edmund, I think, may need to be tought some patience as I can see that is his Mortal Flaw. In a few days that I have been in the New World I believe I have caught an illness that I do not know of and cannot remedy on my own. I shall consult the elder of the peoples to help with the ailment so I can feel better and do my practices better.
