Well my friends It has taken me one hour but hopefully it wont crash before I finish.
Today we have been stuck in Villamontes after arriving here at 5.30 this morning to find we has missed the next bus by 2 hours, not the best place to get stuck after 10 hours of bumpy track. When looking out the window it was on the side of a mountain, nice !! But lucky the bus wasnt packed and I had 2 seats. It took us 4 taxis to actually get us to a hotel, not because it was far , its a tiny town, but we where trying to get to the border which worked out further than we thought. We where told 2 ask lorry drivers but you will be proud of us we resisted. Wouldnt have liked to be here on my own though.
So tonight at 1.30 we catch a bus through to Paraguay, we will have to stop at border, but this is our long trip and will be glad when its over. Approximately 16 /20 hours in a bus oh joy !! Survive this without going mad I can survive anything. Lynsey is upset that her plan has gone a little wrong time wise but I think she has done really well to get us this far.
Up to here I have loved Bolivia far better than I thought. For those of you that may think to follow my footprints I would suggest you wait a few years until the roads are updated. Because I think tonight is a bumpy one too. At this rate my teeth will have rattled out by rhe end of trip.
Must say as much as I am enjoying it I also cant wait to get home to some comforts. Had a black coffee lunch time been on loo since, great with a bus trip looming.Im gagging for a roast Lamb dinner & a cup of english tea. Oh well not long. Whos the first volunter. ???
The picture is our next stop so it will be amazing and worth it all, these are meant to be the biggest watefalls in the world. You can look it up and let me no for sure. Well my friends and family time for a shower & couple of hours shut eye before the fun begins.I look forward to sitting in front of computor again to let you no the journey is over & all is well. Dont worry if its a few days. Love & miss you all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxThanks for comments, Im quite proud of my typing as letters all gone on keyboard. Miss you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Barbara Mackie Well done Bobby, you're so brave - don't think I could manage that many buses. We had roast lamb yesterday, cooked it on the boat in 95 degrees, wearing a swim suit! Loved keeping tabs on your travels - have fun Barbara & Mark (sailing yacht Suna - E.M.Y.Rally) xxx
Dale What an intrepid traveller you are, I've forgotten what it feels like to get out of my comfort zone. We also had roast lamb yesterday, would love to cook for you but you have to travel to Aus. to get it.
Nikki C The trip is now starting to sound like a hard slog! Hope your bus trip is uneventful and with minimum bumps. Looking forward to having you home! Keep Safe xx
claire Morning Bobsie, wow that sounds like a tough trip but the reward of seeing that waterfall and experiencing the magnitude of it will be awesome....!!! A bit like seeing the Grand Canyon no doubt, you cant take it all in, so make sure you sit and look at if for a good long while! MMmmm Roast Lamb, what about a curry round the corner at the Jewel while you are at it - that one will definantely be on us! Take care and keep safe... By the way you wont want to know this but we are off on a mini cruise to Bruges on Saturday with Julians Mum and Dad and my Mum and Alex, so another food fest!! Keep the blogs coming, such a great read first thing in the morning..! xx

Bo and Pete Well.........How're your teeth - rattled them all out yet? Hope you had a cushioned comfy seat for the rest of the trek. Roasts - Seems everyone's having lamb - we've just had roast gammon - yums! The waterfalls look amazing, we can't wait to see the photos and hear all about it - what a brilliant adventure you are having - we are very envious. We are off to the boat in a couple of weeks (THANK GOD!). Well, hopefully anyway - have you heard that the UK is "shut"? There are no flights in or out due to a volcanic dust cloud that has come from Iceland (no, not the southsea branch of Iceland). Our mates are stranded in Madiera - lucky sods. When are you home? Will we see you? Anyway, take care - and don't talk to any strange lorry drivers or Bolivian Mafia types. TTFN matey xxxxxxxxxx PS - Didn't know you knew Mark and Barbara (Suna)? We are amazed they are on the EMYRally - we thought they'd left the Med? byeeeeeeeee x
