Walked to Australia House where Geoff's dad was posted during the sixties & looked inside the lovely St Clement Danes church across the road. This pretty little church is the Royal Air Force church & has many memorials to those who died & squadron unit badges set into the floor. Toured backstage of the Royal Opera House with the "delightful" Simon who showed us the sights & explained the workings of this huge building. Sat in the theatre seats, watched a morning ballet class with the principal dancers & saw some of the lighting & set arrangements.
