Foley Five's Big Lap
We spent yesterday exploring the Darling River and National park and checked out the nearby town of Menindee, where Burke and Wills once graced the local pub. Ben and the boys enjoyed a spot of fishing, Ben being successful catching his first river golden perch (yellow belly). It was delicious eating later on that afternoon teamed with some huge yabbies that we caught at Copi Hollow the previous evening!
Regrettably, we left Copi Hollow today and travelled further west into South Australia to Peterborough. Last night we had the air con on cold as it was a hot, muggy night, tonight we have it on hot! The temperature has dropped at least 20 degrees and it's pouring rain!
