Steve and Sineads
This french salad is something I want to eat every week. The colours textures and flavours just bring me right back to the first time I tried it in provence. know that sounds very pretentious but it really does bring me back.
We did a nice simple French vinegrstte, added tuna, chopped and whole anchovy, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled eggs, beet leaves and lettuce. Obviously we veered from the traditional salad but it still had enough of the classic elements to make it feel like a nicoise.
