The guys made the coconut bowls in front of us in about 10 minutes with cool machetes.
We drank the coconut juice. Then shredded the coconut flesh with a papaya peeler. The type that peels and creates tubes. Like coconut worms :)
Then add porridge, warm sweet potato, caramelised plantain papaya and other fruit.
Goodness this was a proper island breakfast. Divine and addictive.
